BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 7012 and 7014 McCutcheon Road, being on the southwest line of McCutcheon Road southeast of Lee Highway. Lots 1, 2, and 3, Clifford Colbaugh Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 35, page 343, ROHC, and the east 150 feet of lots 1 and 2, block D, J. N. McCutcheon Farm, as shown by plat of record in plat book 7, page 10, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 1735, page 246, ROHC, deed book 3565, page 344, ROHC, and deed book 4229, page 487, ROHC. Tax Map No. 149A-A-12, 12.1, 12.2, and 13. from R-2 Residential Zone to C-1 Highway Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to dedication of right-of-way for 30 feet from centerline. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
